Thank you for your interest in our products! Below are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase, they are here to explain your rights and if you have any questions you are always welcome to contact us and we will be happy to explain how this works. We hope that you will enjoy your purchase!

General

These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when customer place an order from Enmoire’s Store on https://enmoire.com

By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions.

Orders etc.

When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an order confirmation on your inbox right away, and report/mark it as not spam. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt or pay using unregistered/unverified Paypal account.

We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.

All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

Customer information etc.

You are responsible for that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.

You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. So make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person have obtained access to your login details.

By purchasing our products, you consent to receive an invitation to review your order.
Review reminders are sent via an independent service CR (Customer Reviews) within 14 days after we completed your order.

Shipping and delivery

Products in stock are delivered every Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Pre-order items will be delivered at the specific time mentioned in the website when you ordered the goods.

You may check your shipping status from Pos Indonesia Website : http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/index.php?param=hom 

Expected delivery time :

RLN by Pos Indonesia = 10 to 30 days.

EMS (Express Mail Service) by Pos Indonesia = 3 to 10 days.

You may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.
We are not responsible for any additional fees required by Customs/regulation in your country.

In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

LOST ITEMS

WHEN USING RLN

In the case of lost package or damaged products due to courier’s fault, we will not offer refund, but you may ask for reshipping using EMS. You only need to pay for the shipping.
If you make another purchase from us in the future using EMS, we can also ship the lost items together with your new package,

WHEN USING EMS

In the case of damaged or lost product, we can offer a refund for the item price only.

We can also offer reshipping with no additional fee using EMS again, or you might ask for another PAID shipping option such as DHL, FEDEX.


Our Return Policy in short

IF YOU ARE USING RLN/Pos Laju Sampul/Flexipack

  • only eligible if we send you the wrong order by mistake*
  • not eligible for damaged product caused by carrier or shipping company.

IF YOU ARE USING EMS

  • eligible for both damaged and/or wrong product*

*Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.


Instructions for returning goods 

  • Please kindly send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to, with a photo of the product along with the package’s envelope containing your name and address (preferably using the return form) within 24 hours after the product arrived. 
  • Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. 
  • If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.    
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
  • If the product or packaging is used or damaged (on wrong order case), we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
  • We will refund your payment minus shipping fee within 24 hours after we received the returned product.
  • For wrong order case, we will re-send the goods within 3 working days after we received the returned product.
